KINDERGARTEN LESSONS THIS WEEK

Emphasis on:  Subtraction and the Senses!

                1) Students use their senses while creating a Kid Pix page with
                     stamps that will be erased mathematically!

FIRST GRADE LESSONS THIS WEEK

    Emphasis on Capital Letters and Punctuation in WORD!

              1) Students use a Microsoft Word document to practice
                   capital letters and punctuation.  Big emphasis on SHIFT!

2nd GRADE LESSONS THIS WEEK

    Emphasis on:   Inserting Tables and Images in Word™

                1. Students insert TABLES into a Word™ document and then
                     copy and paste images into the cells.

3rd GRADE LESSONS THIS WEEK

   Emphasis on:    Paragraphs from Research

              1.  Students write paragraphs based on notes they took last week.

4th GRADE LESSONS THIS WEEK

   Emphasis on:    EMAIL!

             1) Students learn the ins and outs of responsible email use.
                       (also: CC, BCC, and Reply)

                   we'll have to postpone the EMAIL unit!  :-(  
                   We'll move it to AFTER the next unit:  Podcasting!
