FIRST GRADE LESSONS THIS WEEK

    Emphasis on:   Neighborhoods and the Roles We Play in Them

                  1. Using Kerpoof.com, students create a neighborhood filled
                        with the roles they see around them.

                  2. With extra time, students create a "problem" and show those
                         who come together in the neighborhood to solve it.

2nd GRADE LESSONS THIS WEEK

   Emphasis on:   Kid Pix slide shows

                1. Students present their Kid Pix slideshows on life events.

3rd GRADE LESSONS THIS WEEK

   Emphasis on:    PROOFING TOOLS!

            1)  Students begin a new unit on using PROOFING TOOLS while working
                   in Word™ Documents.

4th GRADE LESSONS THIS WEEK

   Emphasis on:    Keyboarding!

                1. We continue with TYPE TO LEARN!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Yay!!!!!
                      We will spend most of the class doing this.

   Emphasis on:    Keynote Presentations!

                1. Most students are reporting their completion of the research
                     presentations, so we are going to have them present their shows!
