KINDERGARTEN LESSONS THIS WEEK

   Emphasis on Shadows and Computer Work

1st GRADE LESSONS THIS WEEK

    Emphasis on:   THINGS THAT GO!

                  1. In Kid Pix, students find stickers, animations, and stamps
                       that all "go." Once done, using only shapes, they recreate
                       the same items that GO!  Fun times with shapes and art!

2nd GRADE LESSONS THIS WEEK

   Emphasis on:   Digital Photography

         1) Students go online to gather images and copy/paste & drag/drop
             them into a word processor.  Practicing collecting images for projects!

3rd GRADE LESSONS THIS WEEK

   Emphasis on:    PROOFING TOOLS!

            1)  Students begin a new unit on using PROOFING TOOLS while working
                   in Word™ Documents.

4th GRADE LESSONS THIS WEEK

         Emphasis on:  BLOGS continued

               1)  Students continue their blogs by making Travel Blogs or more!

5th GRADE LESSONS THIS WEEK

   Emphasis on:    Major Research Unit!!!!

              1.  Students working on Google Presentations while
                    focusing on THREE concepts / goals:
                    1) Students will properly use key terms to pinpoint information and READ the pages!
                                        2) Students will learn to tell a “good site” from a “bad site” for information.
                                        3) Students will use a "Find on Page" command to find key words on a web page!
