Currently, PlanetBravo provides Technical Support for our daytime partnered schools only. These are the schools in which a PlanetBravo instructor leads a technology curriculum during the school week. This is done at no additional charge to the school.
Technology Support services include:
Maintaining and upgrading operating systems and applications.
• Installing new hardware and software.
• Restoring malfunctioned applications and peripherals.
• One-on-one tutorials with faculty and staff requesting assistance.
• Creating usernames and passwords for network accounts.
• Implementing and maintaining school servers and network equipment.
