    Emphasis on Creating Pages of a Book in Kid Pix

                1) Students create page 1 of an ABC book using settings,
                     animations, stickers, and more (all represented by
                     different letters of the alphabet).

1st GRADE WEB LESSONS THIS WEEK

Emphasis on Sentence structure and pictures in KidPix

No web lessons this week.

1) Students use Kid Pix to create sentences ending with
a picture representation of a word.

2nd GRADE WEB LESSONS THIS WEEK

      Emphasis on Digital Photography & Copy/Paste to Word

              1) Students search for images using
                    Google Image Safe Search

3rd GRADE WEB LESSONS THIS WEEK

        Emphasis on Writing Paragraphs in Word.

No web lessons this week.

              1) Students will use last week's research to construct
                    a paragraph in Microsoft Word.

              2)   Special attention will be paid to formatting the top
                     of the page, and especially INDENTING using TAB.

            1) Students recap their wonderful vacations in 5 paragraph essay form.

              2) Lessons on proper indenting, double-spacing paragraphs, and
                  inserting clipart and wrapping it.
