KINDERGARTEN LESSONS THIS WEEK

    Emphasis on Numbers and Patterns in Kid Pix

                1) Students work on numbers and patterns in Kid Pix.
                     Using Stamps, Backgrounds, and Stickers!

1st GRADE LESSONS THIS WEEK

    Emphasis on Rhyming and Formatting!

              1) Students use a Microsoft Word document to practice
                   formatting text (bold, underline, size, color, etc.) while
                   also testing their rhyming skills.

2nd GRADE LESSONS THIS WEEK

    Emphasis on: Nouns/Verbs while formatting in Word!

                1) Students switch gears in Microsoft Word with a
                     worksheet that emphasizes formatting and
                     parts of speech in Word.

3rd GRADE LESSONS THIS WEEK

       Emphasis on Keyboard Shortcuts in Word.

             1) Students will not use a mouse today in Word, but will still
                  still use formats such as Bold, Underline, Italics, Font Size,
                   and much more!

4th GRADE LESSONS THIS WEEK

        Emphasis on Mail Merging in Word.

            1)  As part of the business unit, students create mail-merged
                letters to their clients.

            2)  Students create a mock client list in Excel and import the
                information to a merged Word Document.

5th GRADE LESSONS THIS WEEK

        Emphasis on creating websites.

            1.  More Web Design. Students continue their custom
                  educational websites in Kompozer.
