KINDERGARTEN LESSONS THIS WEEK

    Emphasis on Drawings in Kid Pix!

                1) Students learn about the DRAWING tools in Kid Pix!
                       Great lesson on coordination, attention to detail,
                        and the many tools for drawing in paint programs.

1st GRADE LESSONS THIS WEEK

    Emphasis on Capital Letters and Punctuation in WORD!

              1) Students use a Microsoft Word document to practice
                   capital letters and punctuation.  Big emphasis on SHIFT!

2nd GRADE LESSONS THIS WEEK

   Emphasis on: Acrostic Poems!

                1) Students continue in Microsoft Word with a 2-week
                     activity that stresses Formatting, Clipart, and more!

3rd GRADE LESSONS THIS WEEK

      Emphasis on Writing Friendly Letters.

             1) This is leading up to writing a letter with custom letterhead in
                  Word, but first, we play this online letter writing activity:

4th GRADE LESSONS THIS WEEK

        Emphasis on Mail Merging in Word. LAST WEEK!

            1)  Students finish their MERGES between Word and EXCEL.

5th GRADE LESSONS THIS WEEK

        Emphasis on creating websites.

            1.  More Web Design. Students continue their custom
                  educational websites in Kompozer.

            2.  Next week:  THEY PUBLISH!!!!!!
