First and foremost, PlanetBravo was founded by an experienced educator. Danny Pezzotta is a California Multiple-Subject Certificated teacher who taught grades K-8 in the Beverly Hills Unified School District for six years. Throughout that period, Danny also taught at and directed several computer camps, including his own (Techno-tainment Camp). 
    Everything taught at our day camps, after-school programs, or in-school technology classes is firmly grounded in a standards-based curriculum.  We set the bar very high for our students, but coach them along individually as they reach for the goal.
A great deal of attention is paid to delivering differentiated instruction to our students with various abilities and needs. 

We are LOCAL!  Our entire organization is based in Los Angeles.  Unlike camps that manage locations while spread throughout the country, the entire team, from counselors to founders, are right here within driving distance of the camps. 

We intentionally choose to hold our camps and programs at safe, local schools - as opposed to congested university campuses.  We've experienced both scenarios and have witnessed the freedom that students get from a local gated playground in contrast to a crowded university field. It's a major aspect that sets us apart from other larger camps like us, and we are very proud of it. 

The fun never ends with our FREE online private network www.BravoMe.com. Our campers post their achievements and maintain their camp friendships even after camp is over for the summer.  BravoMe.com is a secure, state-of-the-art virtual camp. Our experienced staff are paid more than our national counterparts. We love our teachers, and so will you! 

You will not find a more cohesive, organized computer camp. All instructors are trained uniformly and as a team. The staff is united through numerous traditions, regular meetings and end-of-summer evaluations (provided by staff, campers and parents). We thrive on balance!  Indoor and outdoor activities make up our day.  We have many fun weekly traditions that bring us together inside and out.  It is so common to hear our campers ask at the end of the day, "It's over already?"  It flies by because of the diverse activities. 

Every camper works on his/her own computer. This means more time to play, explore and learn! 

We have a great ratio of students to staff - 6:1. 

We cost much less than the others... hundreds less.  This is very intentional!  We realize it's hard to make sense of anything being better if it costs less. Some would call it "Too Good to Be True."  Because we're local, we're able to keep down our administrative and advertising costs and rely on our students to refer other students.
