For our youngest campers, PlanetBravo introduces hands-on, project-based STEM camps to students entering Kindergarten through First Grade. Held at our local partnering schools throughout Los Angeles and Orange counties, camp runs 9am-3pm M-F in one-week sessions. Students sign up for a STEM Lab and participate in several activities that balance indoor and outdoor learning and play! It’s the best of all camp experiences.

Our counselors really are the all-stars that make our camps special, and many of them are camper-favorites who have been teaching with us for several years.
Since no two students learn at the same pace, we've designed our classes to be small, safe places where every student gets the attention he or she needs to be successful.
We know that learning happens everywhere, so our kids get a healthy balance of time both indoors working on their computers and outdoors playing games.
Every day at camp is filled with fun group activities and games, and our project-based curriculum is carefully designed to be engaging for all our students.
We actively work to keep the prices of these camps as low as possible. While prices are rising all around, we've kept our Jr STEM Camp $100 less per week than our tech camp. Early Bird discounts in November (Black Friday) and December make it an even better value.
The day may rival an older child's school schedule, but it surely does not feel like that for the campers. Our camp days are balanced with short activities and lab periods where the fun and learning take place.
While PlanetBravo's Junior STEM Camp is a recent addition in 2024, the camp benefits from the wealth of knowledge and experience we've accumulated over many decades of developing curricula for our TK through 8th Grade school year classes.
We recognize the importance of catering to the needs of young minds, which require regular breaks and a variety of structured activities to stay engaged. To achieve this, we maintain shorter work periods and infuse the day with Brain Breaks, outdoor play, and loads of fun camp traditions. These off-screen activities not only stimulate campers both physically and mentally, but also fill each day with excitement and enjoyment.

But from 9am the first day, he was hooked and had nothing but good things to say. Zero complaints about getting on in the morning (unlike some in-person camps where it was a battle every day). Setting up the account and software was easy. He liked his teacher:"fun, organized, knew what he was doing." There seemed to be a good mix of instruction and work-at-your-own pace. The teacher was always great at catching people up if they needed to take a break. There was a great deal of interaction with the instructor. During "network game" time, my son was having a terrific time playing. He was very impressed by how prepared everything seemed, he said he couldn't believe it was a "pioneer week." My husband knows the software and could have helped if needed, but that was never necessary. We parents were able to get a ton of work done!"
